4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected (2–3 business days).

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer store credit, a product swap, or a refund to your original payment method.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@embracingstillness.co within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
